General provisions

Exclusion and Limitation of responsibilities.

• Caratcasino      in the following text referred as the organizer, is not responsible for      any damages caused from system crashes, incorrect, delayed, or      intentionally manipulated transmission of information, unless if this is      not the intention or indelicate negligence.
• Insurance      of the organizer refers only to the stake or the amount of unpaid      winnings.
• Organizer      is not responsible for errors in spelling, transmission and/or evaluating.      The organizer reserves the right to correct obvious errors caused by      entering the coefficients for betting and/or entering the final results of      the events, even after they have ended, with the possibility of canceling      the bets.
• Organizer      is not responsible for accuracy, completeness and update of available      informations, organizer also does not take responsibility for accuracy of      the live result, statistics and information of the results via email or      SMS- messages, as well as the current live bet results. All of information      given is entirely for informational purposes and they are disposed to      subsequent verification and transformation.
• Winnings      which are realized due to technical errors, failure or problems with the      transmission, organizer reserve the right to cancel it. In such cases the      deposit will be credited back to the user account. User who intentionally      attempt to take advantage of technical and/or administrative errors      organizer will held responsible for all damages which are result of their      actions.
• Only      bet that is stored in our records will be accepted as valid.

• The      user is informed and gives consent that personal information given to Caratcasino   upon registration of the account will to be stored and processed      electronically.
• A      user's personal information will not be forwarded to a third party in any      form, unless authorized by the user.
• We      reserve the right to inform customers about our products, promotions and      updates via e-mail, phone or mail, unless the user wishes not to be      contacted in this way.
• If      an error occurs when updating status on the account, the user is required      to notify immediately the organizer. Any funds credited to the account by      error are not user’s property, and the organizer reserves the right to      correct these errors, and to immediately inform the user.
• In      order to prevent match-fixing and manipulation of supply, we reserve the      right to forward user’s information to the authorities, sport association      or a third party who will investigate and action to these violations if      there is any indications that user might be participating in such      activities including all current bets and possible winning.

Intellectual Property

Registration/Account

Registration

• If      the user does not wish to receive any new letters regarding any promotions      and other information via email, mobile phone or mail can cancel it      without any explanation. User is aware that closing of an account could      take up to 24 h due to administrative and tecnical reasons.

Account

• After      successfully account set up, all bets, transactions, stakes and gains are      processed through account.
• User      CAN NOT have more than one account.
• Creation      of new accounts by existing users ( for purpose of promotional bonus      offers, avoiding the payment limit or other) will result in immediate      termination of the account and cancel all placed bets and withdraw all      possible bonuses. Any criminal act will be reported to the competent      authorities. Amounts which are received through promotional bonus, and      profits earned on the basis of these will be considered invalid and will      not be a payout.
• The      user can set up a permanent or a temporary time limit through which he      will no be able to use the service -self-blockade
• Self      blockade can be set up for a day ,a week, a month, three months or      indefinitely, depending on a user himself. After the expiration of the      self blockade, betting and games are available to the user without any      restriction.
• If      users account is inactive for a period of 12 months meaning no bets were      placed nor any games like Poker, Casino are played account will be      deactivated.

Betting for real money

Deposit, start of betting

• To      participate in betting and games with funds user must deposite a minimum      amount of funds to user's account , or can use any bonus credit received      from marketing.
• For      successfully placed bet, a user must have a minimum amount on the account      prescribed by conditions of the minimum bet.
• Citizens      of the U.S. are not allowed register fo an account.

Betting fraud, manipulation of the games.

• If      the organizer notices frequent and conspicuous betting, or there is      suspicion of manipulating of a events and results, according to its own      consciousness organizer reserves the right to exclude any offer for      competition or series of events, or delay or deny payment for a      competition or series of events, until the competition or series of events      is declared clean.
• By      placing the bet user confirms that he has no knowledge of the ultimate      outcome of the events on that bet.

• The      organizer reserves the right to cancel all bets if transmission or other      technical problems occur as well as suspicion of a fraud.
• If      the organizer sees frequent incidents with the attempts of the late      payments of bets, and exploiting the time lag on live betting, such      actions will be considered as an attempt of a fraud and it will be      proceeded according to the rules.
• The      organizer reserves the right to cancel a bet if the gain is achieved due      to technical errors, defects or problems with the transmission. In this      case, the stake is returned to the user's account.
• The      organizer will hold users responsible for any damages caused from the      intentional use of technical or administrative errors.
• It is      strictly prohibited to use any mechanical, electronic or any other devices      for decision making in any game as a user or client of Caratcasino.
• The      user sends a request for a bet. Repeated requests by selecting it with the      same or another user can afterwards be canceled in the following cases: ◦      due to frequency and equivalent of requests organizer reasonably believes      that the user acts as an assistants or association. ◦ when multiple bets      are reported in a short period of time for the same event.In any of these      cases, the organizer will make the payment of the amount that would be      accepted for a user who is placing a bet.

Payout limit

• Limits      of payment the user can check on his account and they are in accordance      with our standards. The organizer has the right at any time to correct      limits, raising or lowering them.
• Users      have ability to send a request themselves for the establishment or      adjustment of limits. In this case, the payment limit specified by the      user may be revoked at his request. The user can set the request to      organizer for a higher limit than the standard deposit limit.
• The      organizer reserves the right to refuse this request, or if it is accepted      for the particular case at any time limit can be returned to the standard      limit. .
• The      organizer reserves the right without giving any explanations to set      additional limits on specific events or players.

Disposition of funds in the account

• The      user may at any time dispose whit his funds on the account.
• Funds      that is tied up in a bet / game is not possible to dispose of.
• If      user benefited, due to invested funds, and got promotional bonus and is      requesting a withdrawal of funds from which he received the bonus before      he achieved the minimum number of payments of that bonus funds in order to      become valid, the bonus will be revoked.
• If      the funds are deposited to the user account due to error, he is oblige to      inform the organizer immediately. Any winning bets that directly or      indirectly rely on the team, mistakenly assigned amounts, are void.
• If      the user withdraws funds which are mistakenly credited to his account or      placed the bet and lost it, the organizer reserves the right to offset      amounts due.
• If      the stake is not used for playing or betting, and there is suspicion of      abuse (no bets ) it shall be deemed that the user abuses the fluctuation      of exchange rates. In that case, the organizer has the right to cancel the      appropriate bet / s, and request reimbursement of all expenses incurred to      such investments and close customer accounts.
• The      organizer reserves the right to request a clearly visible copy of your      credit card to be protected against fraud through the same
• When      depositing money on the account users grant that they do not:
      -take the funds that come from criminal activities
      -take the money by credit card for which they do not have authorization or      coverage

Promo funds for betting, bonuses.

• Received      bonus for betting , can only be used as a bet in games and cannot be      assigned elsewhere or be paid out until all conditions of invested funds      from received bonus are met.
• Bonuses,      received from the organizer, must be used within two months of receipt at      the account, and fully invested in the manner and amount as prescribed in      terms and conditions of obtaining the bonus. Otherwise the organizer will      provide bonuses cancel.
• Bonus      does not become manipulative (is not possible to withdraw, but only invest      in playing or betting), until the user has not invested it as much times      and on those odds as much it was announced in bonus.
• If      the user seeks pay out before the fulfillment of these conditions user      will lose received bonus.
• Betting      on both possible outcomes of some matches and similar stakes in the games      or casino (bet on "1" and "2" in tennis matches,      betting on black / red or odd / even in the casino, etc.) which serve only      to achieve the conditions for the fulfillment of the bonus, do not count      in the bet necessary for bonus
• It      is not allowed to open multiple accounts in order to obtain an additional      bonus. In the case abuse bonuses will be reversed, and the accounts will      be closed. One user cannot use simultaneously more bonuses (if the      organizer does not specify otherwise).
• The      organizer reserves the right to end marketing campaign early.

Payout

• Before      the first payout from the account is made, user must provide a valid copy      of the official document with clear photo. The organizer will on the basis      of a copy of the official document verify the identity of the information      provided during registration (name, surname and date of birth). Payout      will be exclusively made to the account holder.
• The      organizer may, if it is necessary, request additional copies of documents      or statements such as a registered account in a user’s name with      registered addresses, bank statement, etc., all for the purpose of      security against identity theft.
• The      user agrees to provide information about his account in order to place      bets. User is aware that the organizer reserves the right to use the      information in order to transfer the funds.
• The      organizer reserves the right to change the methods of payment in certain      cases. Caratcasino is not resposibile for any changes in payout amount      which can be influecend by exchange rate fluctuation.

Access to the account

• Each      user is held responsible for the confidentiality of his betting account,      and he is obliged to prohibit the use of his betting account from the      third party.
• To      access the account the user is expected to use the password and the code      selected upon registration. Organizer is not familiar with the user's      password.
• The      user shall not allow the third party to use login information of own      betting account.
• The      user accepts full responsibility for the consequences of non-compliance      and confidentiality of data access. Username, password and personal      question should be kept confidential. All activity on the account,      starting from login, are recorded on the user’s account and organizer is      not liable these.

The procedure of claim status, and account activity

• Any      claims regarding your account statement and the balance therein must be      appeal within 14 days of events to which complaint relate. Failure to      appeal within 14 days will be considered that the user agrees to the      condition and trends on the account.
• For      all legal matters between user and Caratcasino (except norms that refer to      private international law) a general business conditions are applied. Caratcasino      is running on the Central European Time "UTC +1" standard time,      unless otherwise indicated.
• We      reserve the right to edit and update the General Terms and conditions.

Money transfer

• The      amount that the user can transfer is determined on a daily and monthly      basis.
• Organizer      for each user separately determined the amounts of money which are allowed      him to transfer.
• The      organizer has the right at any time to change the amount of money allowed      for the transfer or completely prohibit the transfer of money.
• Money      transfer cannot be used for payment of services or goods.
• The      money that the user receives through money transfers can be used on the      entire Caratcasino offer.
• The      user who receives the money via money transfer cannot pay out money or      transfer it to a third party.
• The      user who receives the money via money transfer can pay out money or      transfer it to a third party only after he put bets on Sports Betting or      Live Betting in the amount of received money.
